Negima is Awesome

I didn’t sleep last night because I marathoned chapter 152-206 of Mahou Sensei Negima. It was that good. Here’s why:


Designs
Costumes, beasts, cities, environments, and battle choreography. Detailed and beautiful.
Akamatasu-sensei sure get himself a group of assistants with l33t skillz.


Special Effects
Better than One Piece, Naruto, and Bleach.


Character Development
Negi does grow. Well, it’s a bildungsroman after all.



Humour
Rakan and Misora and golden.


Action
It’s not a stupid harem comedy manga anymore. It’s a stupid harem comedy manga with VIOLENCE.


Fantasy
Mundus Magicus, a world without law where dragons roam free, furries run wild, and people get use to their houses’ being destroyed by random strangers.This convenient plot device gets you the above awesome scene.
(By the way, isn’t it a Zankantou ripoff?)


Fillers Are Not Annoying
Because they are filled with fan service!

Cute (& Naked) Girls
Secchan. (;´Д｀)ﾊｧﾊｧ
I thought Toloveru is better in terms of girls, but the above picture prove otherwise.

    Yes Negima IS awesome. I first marathoned it when it was only up to chapter 101. I’ve been following them weekly ever since.

    I’m at chapter 149 right now since I follow the American release. I’d have to say that it is finally starting to get better again despite I honestly liked how it started out a whole lot more.

    I firmly agree. I have been reading it for a year or so. But the more the story flows, the less fanservice it has. - -
    However, it’s still an awesome manga.
