Damn you tenacious bastard!

I like the second episode better because of its serene pace and Mamoru Oshii-ism, which make the film looks gorgeous. Also, when I read the translation of the novel, I got the impression that Shiki is kind of dark. The movie, though, portrays her as just lacking some social skills and shows a lot of her cute side, which gives me a fresh perspective on the character.

For the lack of better things to do, let us bask in Shiki-tan’s cuteness!
